Who we are
System is a private bot that only runs on the Discord server TSE. It is run by the owner of the server. You can also open a ticket on the server.
What we store and why
System only stores what its features need. Messages are read as they are sent (for example to check them against the server's rules or to give XP), but only kept where this list says so.

What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or share your data, and we show no ads.
- We don't use your messages to train AI.
- Google (Gemini) receives the text of novel chapters to write chapter summaries. It never receives your messages or anything about you.
- Everything is stored on a server run by the bot's owner. Only the server's staff can see it, and only the parts their role allows.
How long we keep it
- Stored messages: 14 days.
- Voice transcripts: 7 days.
- Reported messages and ticket transcripts: 30 days. After that the text is removed; the record of the decision (who, when, why) stays until staff delete it.
- No message text is kept longer than 30 days.
- Moderation cases: until staff delete them (they protect the community).
- Levels, coins and game progress: as long as the bot runs, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Backups: encrypted, the newest 14 days.
Your rights
Use /privacy on the server to download the data stored about you. To have data corrected or deleted, open a ticket or contact us (see "Who we are"). Moderation records may be kept where they are needed to keep the server safe. If you live in the EU, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
The database and its backups are encrypted (AES). Access is limited to staff, the dashboard uses Discord login, and secrets are kept out of the code.

When the bot gets new features, this page changes with them. See also our terms.
